We are living longer. In the 20th century, U.S. longevity grew by three decades. So, instead of living into our 50s we can hope to live well into our 80s, with this “extra life”, or second adulthood, the idea of what it means to be older needs to be radically reimagined. Our vim and vigor ought to be matched by our swagger and our glow! Looking tight and shiny on the outside and feeling frisky on the inside leads to the kinds of joy that healthy confidence can quickly bring into your orbit. When your self-care game is shifted, your mindset will follow and new flow can begin. New routines replace old ones, we 'make known the unknown' by trying new things and making new connections, all the while utilizing what we can to delay the inevitable decay. When we give ourselves the permission to carve out time for a maintenance visit that is necessary for refilling 'the well' that is our wholistic wellness, we can all begin anew.

Recently moving back to Arizona with my Corgi, after living abroad and in California, has lent me a new perspective on how important our environment is to our wellbeing. Right now I’m especially grateful for the choice of hikes up mountains and around lakes, Prescott’s exceptional dog love generally and our awesome weather. Three decades of massage experience began with an LMT from the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing, Los Angeles 1994, including Tuina and Shiatsu methods, cranial sacral scalp massage and lymphatic drainage. Then while living in London, I obtained the Aromatherapy & Massage Therapy ( I.M.T.C.) & Reiki Healing Certification from the London Federation of Healers 1996. While living in Sydney, Australia I also enjoyed adding the Seated Massage Certification for offices and events & Chakra Dance therapy. I began to study light therapy & Cymatherapy when we moved back to LA in 2004 and for the last twenty years have been practicing advanced esthetics with my California Estheticians License in 5-Star luxury resort hotel spas. Presently, I’m trying my best to embrace the inevitable aging process (wink wink) while gratefully utilizing decades of education and experience into a passion for giving the absolute yummiest luxury facial experiences with a healing touch that gets you clinical results every time.
